On October 1, 1992, Ernst & Young Nominees (Qld) Pty Ltd which had been manager for the Ernst & Young portfolio of properties, was sold to the partner responsible for that division, who retained all of the dedicated employees who assisted in establishing its reputation. Ernst & Young Nominees (Qld) Pty Ltd subsequently changed its name to Ernst Body Corporate Management Pty Ltd and today maintains its long term commitment to quality body corporate management.
