Such a facility is now available through the combined efforts of StrataMax Pty Ltd (body corporate management software supplier) and Ernst Body Corporate Management.

This means you can at any time and anywhere in the world: -

  • check and pay your levies (including via credit card and direct debit);
    check and notify us of name and address changes;
  • obtain copies of minutes or other body corporate documents;
  • obtain immediate disclosure statements and information certificates to aid in the contracting and selling of lots;
  • and much more.

Fees apply and if you are interested in this new service, write to us or contact your committee members to raise it with us.


What's new at EBCM?

To stay alive in this dynamic industry, we must continue to be vigilant in the way bodies corporate are administered and people's needs satisfied. The following items indicate our current actions: -

  • We advise that we formed an affiliation with another Body Corporate Management Company, Strataworld Pty Ltd, in order that we may use their resources to attend to the affairs of our NSW, Victorian, Northern Territory and Pacific Region clients and a certain number of QLD clients.
  • We have just spent tens of thousands of dollars upgrading our computer record security, back up and data transfer. This is all necessary to enable Internet capabilities whilst maintaining a very high level of security of records.
  • A disaster recovery system has been implemented so that if a catastrophe occurs and our office and computers are drastically affected, we can operate from a remote location in approximately three hours.
  • All of our body corporate managers are now members or are becoming provisional members of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland and undergoing continuing training to ensure they are able to deliver the quality service to which the company is dedicated.
  • Muriel Ingevics is our contact person for any queries on National Privacy Policy for Body Corporates and Lot owner information.

Large Estate now real Communities

Hervey BayAs developer’s are looking for added value, greater controls on appearance and cost contributions, many residential estates are now being developed as bodies corporate.

A perfect example of this is a soon to be released project called Golden Waters at Hervey Bay, which when finished will consist of: 4,500 residential lots; education institution; health / retail / commercial precinct; residents recreation areas; key environmental areas; and a quality golf course. An indicative concept plan is attached.

Skyrise Towers are coming to Queensland.

Queensland is going to have its fair share of Skyrise Towers in the coming years and EBCM are intimately involved in all Skyrises, from point of building design to documentation of the titling and operational structure.

To be constructed in Elizabeth Street, Brisbane CBD and will stretch to 240m above the ground. It will b e a mixed use complex including retail, commercial, hotel and premium apartments.
